Rob Hall and Peter Sheehan led the way for England keeping a 100 percent record on the way to both taking 8 points.

Sheehan had to fight hard in his 90 minute match after Christian Kirk had a superbly made 230 break (the weekends highest).

Sheehan battled back with two tons and various other breaks to pinch it by 30.

Hall beat both Kenny Campbell and Paul Lindsay in the 90 minute matches on route to his points tally.

Chris Mitchell and Nathan Mann both registered 7 points a piece.

Mitchell registered a 108 in his 90 minute win over Dom Halligan, and also had a good win over Paul Lindsay.

Mann had 105 and 99 visits in his wins over Halligan and Lindsay respectively.

Hirst also managed 7 points over the weekend, playing consistently well also registering a ton.

Chris Achilles and Chris Taylor both played well, with the former having a great win over Chris Johnston by 300 points in the 90 minute match hitting 40 plus breaks most visits to the table.

Taylor was extremely consistent all weekend brushing aside Korbin Lowe, Alistair McDonald and Dom Halligan.

Gary Norman had a great result beating Christian Kirk in the 90 minute timed Saturday Match, scoring almost 400 points and winning by over 100.

It was a fantastic weekend at Newark and the EABA look forward to hosting the next four nations competition at Landywood in November.
